    Refund Policy

    Preamble:

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also preferably be in the original packaging.

    Section 1 - Refunds if applicable: :

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Section 2 - Late or missing refunds if applicable: :

    If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

    Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

     

    Section 4 - Exchange if applicable: :

    We only replace items if they are defective and / or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at: contact@nomdusite.fr

    In this e-mail, we invite you to attach us the order number or a copy of the invoice and a supporting document a photo or a video of the defective and / or damaged elements and send your article to the address indicated on the packaging of your parcel.lis.
